Among the depot services we offer are:

Depot services may be a more cost-effective way of replacing, repairing, or upgrading your company’s equipment. SA can provide depot services for numerous types of IT devices, including desktops, servers, printers, and kiosks.

• Express Exchange: Like-for-like replacement is shipped by the next business day, with the defective unit to be sent to SA for repair once it arrives.  
• Repair and Return: Defective units are shipped to our depot for our technicians to repair.  
• Loaner Program: Working units are sent to site on loan while the original is repaired.  
• Staging and Configuration: Units are configured at the depot in advance so they are deployment-ready before they are shipped to site.
